URBAN MINIMALIST

From the main-floor kitchen and living space to the second-floor bathrooms, we were tasked with outfitting this entire modern custom home with custom cabinetry, wood accent details, and custom built-ins. This project features a sleek and minimalist design with a focus on functionality.

KITCHEN FEATURES

The kitchen island features rift-sawn white oak slab doors, adding a natural element to the space. The same white oak is used for the faux beams, creating a cohesive theme.

The solid maple dovetail drawers with soft close provide ample storage, while the floating shelves with integrated lighting create a warm ambience. The Magnus shaker-style door is used throughout the kitchen, paired with a solid maple face frame construction for durability.

The waterfall countertop with LED lighting on the underside is a stunning feature that transforms this custom built island into a focal point.

GOOD VIBES, GOOD CONVERSATION

An accent wall with dark wood cladding invites you into the main floor living room of this custom home. The living room features a bold fireplace mantel, tambour doors for the fireplace cabinets and white oak rift-sawn floating shelves.

THROUGHOUT THE HOME

The bathrooms throughout the home feature sleek modern custom-built vanities and built-in storage.

On the second floor of the home, we were asked to design and build a custom-built day bed. It features built-in bookshelves on either side and a unique arching ceiling detail. Along the bottom of the bed, we installed drawers for additional storage.
