Since then, the company has grown and moved to a new facility with multiple employees. Wellington Millwork is backed by a team of professionals that continue to improve the company with skilled craftsmanship, unique new ideas and dedication. Wellington Millwork has now served hundreds of satisfied customers all over Southern Ontario.

AUKE BIJLSMA | PRESIDENT

Auke Bijlsma started Wellington Millwork 12 years ago, working by himself in a small room in a barn. Now Wellington Millwork has grown to a team of 14 people and is still growing! Auke manages the sales, meeting with clients and contractors to create ideas and formulate a plan. Auke is originally from the Netherlands and moved here when he was just a teenager. As he stood on a boat travelling across the ocean, he looked towards his future and never once suspected that he would one day run his own successful company with a dedicated and passionate team.

Choosing the finest cuts of wood and milling them from scratch to create timeless custom cabinetry is what sets us apart in today’s fast-paced and disposable world. With stunning design and precise execution, our team at Wellington Millwork team leaves a lasting impression.
